I am the owner of Strauss Dobi Virtual Desk. Although I provide my clients with many services, my specialty is Extraordinary Customer Service. I have always been a “people person” and truly love interacting with the public. I am sure many people would agree with me that excellent customer service does NOT grow on trees. I’m very patient and always try to be helpful to people.In my 20 years of work experience, I have taken several paths. I am so happy to have this talented team and we love working closely with our clients! When I’m not working, I love watching indie and foreign movies on Netflix with my hubby and have fun being silly with my daughter.
Sarah has 15 years of former content and project managment under her belt, specializing in sales copy, blogs, social media graphics/memes, logos, fb copy/ad, script writing, lead magnet creation among many other skills. She’s a mom of two amazing dogs and runs her own emotional eating coaching business, and loves yoga!
Suzanna is a mom, dog lover, chocoholic, and social media junkie. She will help you get your message out to more people through blog posts, email marketing, ads, and social media management. With soon-to-be four kids under the age of four, she survives on coffee and chocolate (and the occasional workout, just for her sanity).
When Lindsey is not daydreaming of the beach, couponing, or pestering my cat, she works as a blogger, freelance writer, and virtual assistant. She has worked with bloggers, business, and online professionals to help them with tedious tasks within their business to ensure they have more time to work on the things that matter most. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Communication with a dual concentration in journalism and public relations, a minor in English, and a certificate in Business and Technical Communication.
Rachel is a VA who loves to write! Her skills include writing of any kind – from blogs, to essays, to emails. She also offers proofreading and editorial services. Rachel speaks and writes Spanish in addition to English. She worked for over 12 years as a Case Manager in the Social Service sector, where she developed superior administrative skills, and most importantly, awesome customer service. Rachel lives in Philadelphia, PA with her husband, two children, and their cat, Jorge. In her free time, Rachel enjoys volunteering and being in the great outdoors.
